1. Overview
This page is a single landing page with a music player and a contact form. It sets no cookies,
runs no analytics and loads nothing from third-party servers. Personal data is processed in
two situations only: when your browser requests the page from the hosting provider, and when you
send a message through the contact form. This policy explains both and your rights under the EU
General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

3. Hosting
This page is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA.
When you visit, Netlify processes the technical data needed to deliver the page, such as your
IP address, the time of the request, the page requested and your browser type. This is stored
in server logs for a short period for security and stability. The legal basis is our legitimate
interest in providing a stable and secure website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Netlify is certified
under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and a data processing agreement is in place. Details:

4. Contact form
If you use the contact form, we process the details you enter: your name, email address,
company or agency, budget range if you choose one, and your message. Submissions are received
and stored by Netlify Forms, a service of the hosting provider named above, and forwarded to
our email address. We use this data solely to answer your enquiry and, if it leads to a project,
to prepare and carry out that work.
The legal basis is the initiation of a contract at your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) and our
legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). We keep your message for as
long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting project, and for as long as statutory
retention periods require. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
5. Cookies, analytics and third-party content
This page sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools. Fonts, images and audio are
served from our own hosting. No content is loaded from other companies' servers. The player
stores nothing on your device.
6. Email
If you email us directly, we store your message and contact details to answer you, on the same
legal bases as in section 4.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
- have inaccurate data corrected (Art. 16 GDPR)
- have your data deleted (Art. 17 GDPR)
- restrict processing of your data (Art. 18 GDPR)
- receive your data in a portable format (Art. 20 GDPR)
- object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21 GDPR)
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for
us is the Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
